Please read all of our salon policies before making an Appointment Request.

 
 

-Appointments & Arrival-

Facial Therapy New York is a private salon, servicing one client at a time. We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accomodate your specific scheduling requests. (A major credit card is required to secure your appointments.)

Appointments are required for all salon visits, including product purchases.

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

 
 

-Cancellation Policy-

We require 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled, rescheduled in less than 24 hours, or no-shows will be billed at full price. All received treatments are non-refundable.

 
 

-Prices-

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice.

Gratuities are not included in the treatment prices.

 
 

-Payment & Gratuities-

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash.

Gratuities are appreciated and accepted on credit card or cash.
